The good idea
The Kidwelly Heritage Trust is seeking to renovate the Kidwelly Town Hall and required support to develop the initial stages of feasibility for the purposes of a grant funding application for full feasibility funding.
What we did
Working alongside Powell Dobson Architects, we provided advice and support on their application and helped them to develop a business case for the development of the facility.
Results of our work
With our help the client was able to better identify the main issues for funding, revenue streams and post restoration end use of the Town Hall. They are currently seeking to progress the scheme to its next stage.
