Claire is Principal Associate for Urban Foundry.
Claire is a skilled project manager, with over 15 years’ experience working in the public, private and voluntary sectors. Throughout her career Claire has raised over £1m of grant funding, delivered a wide range of physical and social regeneration projects and evaluated a variety of grant funded programmes and projects.
Claire is committed to supporting organisations to be the best that they can; enabling them to maximise limited resources to ensure effective delivery and clearly demonstrate the impact of what they do.
Claire has experience of evaluation, project support and development, business planning and strategy development, consultation and marketing, research, facilitation and managing people.
Claire is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, holds a BA (Hons) Business Studies, MSc Urban Regeneration and MA Town and Country Planning. Claire is also a qualified trainer and experienced facilitator.
Claire has led for us on projects with Swansea University and University of Wales Trinity Saint David, and she has supported our work for Quadrant Shopping Centre, Glynneath Town Council, Mumbles Community Council, Dove Workshop, and a range of third sector and community projects.
In her spare time, Claire enjoys looking after her two horses as well as taking advantage of the wonderful coastline and countryside (not to mention real ales) in sunny Dorset.
