Is your website mobile friendly for Google?

From April 21st 2015, Google is launching a new search algorithm that helps mobile friendly site featured more prominently on mobile search results.
This means that websites that are not optimised for mobile use (phones, ipads etc) will be disadvantaged in the Google search battle.
