Pantlasau Farm development

We’ve input to the design process for a major new development by the Morris Estate at Pantlasau Farm, which has now been entered into the Local Authority’s Local Development Plan in Swansea.

We conducted a community consultation and an urban design review, inputting into the design process, and detailing active travel route connections through the site to communities to the east and the hospital to the north and we’re pleased to see our suggestions incorporated into the final designs.
